At Akoe, we are committed to delivering your orders with care and efficiency. Our goal is to ensure a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the time it reaches your doorstep. Please read the following policy to understand how we process and ship your purchases.
We currently ship only within India, with plans to expand our services to more regions soon. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, processing will begin on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors like weather conditions, public holidays, or delays by courier services. To help you track your order, we will provide tracking details via email as soon as your package is dispatched.
If, for any reason, a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will reach out to you to confirm the details and arrange re-shipping. Please note that additional charges may apply for re-shipping. If re-shipping is not possible, we will process a refund for the order value, excluding the shipping charges.
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Email us at listen@akidofearth.com with your order details and photos of the damaged item(s). We will coordinate with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.
While we strive to deliver on time, there may be delays due to remote locations, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters. We will notify you promptly in such cases and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
