Refund policy

At Akoe, we strive to ensure that you love everything you order from us. However, if something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help! Please review our policy below for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, simply email us at support@akidofearth.com or call us at +91 9833271999, and we will process the cancellation. Unfortunately, once the package has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Our return policy is designed to address issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you receive such an item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@akidofearth.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product. Upon reviewing your request, we will either replace the product or process a refund.
Refunds are initiated once we have received and inspected the returned item. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days of approval, please reach out to us at listen@akidofearth.com.
Certain items are non-returnable. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, or for return requests made after 24 hours of delivery.
For damaged or defective products, Akoe will cover the shipping costs associated with returns. To initiate a return or refund, please email us at support@akidofearth.com with the subject line: Return Request – Order [Your Order Number].
